Fun Facts and trivia on... you guessed it!... New Jersey

The End

Disputes over the lands of New Jersey continued even after the United States won its freedom in the Revolutionary War. But it is a richly diverse melting pot. History is a major study; New Jersey takes great care in preserving its heritage. In many towns you can get information on the original settlers, their customs and beliefs. In the Delaware River Region you can find lush green fields and simple homes from Quaker descent. In the Southern Shore Region there are numerous historic villages and fishing ports. In North East Jersey there are many towns where the European heritage continues. In North West Jersey there are school field trips to teach children about the Lenni-Lenape who first inhabited their hometowns and the trails that later became their roads.
